Overview

What participants do

Participants solve coding and reverse-coding problems, then face short interview questions — a compressed version of a real recruitment day.

Format

How the event flows

Round 1 — Coding / Reverse Coding
Solve small coding problems, work out the logic behind given outputs, or debug snippets. Tests algorithmic thinking and problem-solving under time pressure.
Round 2 — Mini Interview Simulation
Short behavioural and situational questions, judged on communication, reasoning, and confidence.

Most students find out what interviews actually feel like during their first real one. HireQuest moves that discovery earlier, with feedback and no consequences for getting it wrong.
