Overview

What participants do

Participants complete short non-technical workplace tasks, each unlocking a verified “resume key” that represents a demonstrable skill. They then use those keys to build a real resume and pitch themselves to a panel.

Format

How the event flows

Round 1 — Task to Resume Key
Participants take on communication challenges, decision-making scenarios, creativity pitches, and ethical workplace situations. Each completed task unlocks a verified resume key, limited to 3–4 per participant to keep the resume authentic.
Round 2 — Resume Building & Pitch
Using a guided template, participants compile a one-page resume and deliver a 2–3 minute pitch before the judges.

Why it matters

Beyond the room

Participants walk out with a genuine, usable resume and the ability to describe their own strengths out loud — directly useful for internships, placements, and HR rounds. The focus is professional readiness rather than competition.
