Overview
What participants do
Every participant starts here. The registration desk verifies entries, assigns team IDs and hands out the event kit and schedule so explorers know exactly which worlds they are competing in.
It doubles as the inauguration touchpoint — a short briefing sets the tone, explains the mission map and points each crew toward their first event.

Why it matters
Beyond the room
Registration is where non-members first meet the chapter. A smooth, welcoming start is the first impression that turns a curious student into an engaged participant — and a future IEEE member.
Everyone attending Eduverse — this is the mandatory first stop for all explorers.
Orientation
Everyone leaves knowing where to go and what to do.
Belonging
Teams are formed and crews feel part of the mission.
Momentum
The briefing builds energy before the first event opens.
